I love the challenges of presenting. For the past three months I have been hosting a daily live breakfast show on SUMO TV, SKY Channel 144 (audience aged between 8-30). I have over a hundred hours of live TV experience, being the sole presenter of the show. This involves being vibrant, happy and looking beautiful in the early in the mornings! I work well under pressure, improvising to camera, writing my own scripts, working with talkback, under the producers direction and presenting to camera
Professional presenter on SUMO TV breakfast show, daily on SKY Channel 144, since May 2007. Presenter on Channel 4 "Movie Lounge" as a reporter on "Britain's Best Little Cinema".
Professional Actress in Television and Film (Credits include Genie in the House Series on Nickelodeon where I played an MTV teeny bopper Presenter). Work experience with Nickelodeon as a runner in the studio.
I teach drama, dance and singing and worked in South Eastern Nigeria for 4 months as a drama specialist in a rehabilitation centre for the mentally ill. I have excellent skills in leading arts related workshops with all ages from children to adults. This has led me to work in Prisons, Primary and Secondary schools, clubs, and within corporate Business. I also work as a commercial model and actress. I have worked in a diverse range of part time jobs from being a waitress, sales assistant to a dog walker and gardener. I take pride in being able to do anything I put my mind to.

I love reading plays, watching theatre and film, visiting museums, heritage sites and art galleries. I also write my own scripts and poetry. Aside from that I enjoy music festivals, shopping, spending time with my dog and growing my own vegetables!
I am passionate about Children's TV & Popular Culture Programmes, such as MTV, Blue Peter and CBBC. I'm a child at heart so that's where I fit best. I also have a keen interest in travel having been to every continent, and would be keen to experience travel programmes also
Away From Work:
I am about to run a half marathon to raise money for a charity I support. The discipline of training for such an event helps me stay focused and sharp when presenting, it also keeps me in shape and gives me more energy. I love travelling and culture, reading plays, swimming in the sea, socialising and eating good food & fine wine! I love surfing, scuba diving & all sports. I'm passionate about theatre & film, having trained in Performing Arts at The Paul McCartney school in Liverpool (LIPA).

It drives me. It excites and inspires me. From photography and editing, to journalism and presenting, the capacity of the medium to entertain and inform is stimulating. I have made some films at University tackling strong issues and would like to continue with my passion for film making within a broadcasting environment.
Summer: Work experience shadowing a director on Wales Today. I recorded packages from the studio, pieces down the line from Westminster and rehearsed in the studio for the evening live transmission
I pursued people and managed to gain experience with studio cameramen in the Blue Peter studio at TV Centre. This gave me an insight into the complexities of a live studio and the responsibilities of the cameraman.
Fourteen highly varied vacation jobs ranging from sales assistant in Harrods to industrial boiler cleaning! This has given me the confidence to work alongisde a range of different people and I have aquired a broad range of people skills, which are particularly relevent to a broadcasting career.
I have worked as a waiter in Greece, and handled some challenging situations! This was followed by work as a tour rep, where the job of trouble-shooting and staying calm under pressure was learnt!

- sailing, waterskiing, singing, cooking and photography. I can get into just about anything!
I'd enjoy science programmes, where the challenge is to explain tough science to a broad audience. Additionally, the whole spectrum of factual programmes provide a range of varied genres and styles to get my teeth into. I enjoy finding a treatment for the programme that really suits the subject matter, and then enhancing the result with music to create the right mood and atmosphere.
Away From Work:
I enjoy dinghy sailing, and skiing, Films, TV and Theatre. I don't relax much, but unwind by doing something energetic and stimulating. I also enjoy challenging conversation and debate.
I have a great deal of fun running the StartinTV website, and find it particularly satisfying to be able to assist others in launching their TV careers!
