A Day in the Life
Work with the Director of Photography to set up an adjust the lights that will be used in the first few scenes. Have standby lamps handy in case we need something smaller. Keep a good selection of gels with me as they are always changing them!

Qualified and experienced electrician, with plenty of film location or theatre experience as a junior. Knowledge of safety requirements.

Start as a runner or junior electrician and work you way up through the ranks by getting on with people and doing a good job.
